So, about a month ago, we started a healthier way of life by taking 4X Pro-B probiotic pills – and let me tell you, it’s a pretty amazing difference in how both Madison and I feel.
While I definitely feel like I have a “regular” schedule down pat (I’ll let you figure that out for yourself, friends), the huge difference that I’ve noticed is in my daughter. Since changing her diet and giving her the probiotic pills, she has been:
- Energetic
- No more stomach troubles (unless she strays from what she “knows” she is supposed to have, but even then it is nowhere near as bad as it used to be)
- No more spending about an hour a day in the bathroom
- Circles under her eyes have disappeared
The kid looks SO much happier, and hasn’t complained of a single issue. She has “regular” bathroom time now, and for an 11 year old, it’s such a better way of life. In the beginning, she wasn’t thrilled with having to take a pill every day, but after three days, she felt like a new kid!

I’m so exceptionally pleased that this has made not only myself feel better, but has given my kiddo much happier days.

I’m glad you found a great solution to her bathroom troubles. There are a lot of illnesses associated with poor bowel movement. At least now your lovely daughter is farther from that possibility.

I just had terrible gastroentoritis so this post couldnt have come at a better time. Have just finished a juice cleanse to re-start the system and get rid of the toxins and now im researching suppliments that may help!!
